A Covenantal Theology of Reparations

View the video here. The word reparations is one that raises hackles even in the most progressive circles. And studies suggest financial reparations for slavery, while not healing the wounds and trauma of enslavement, would put black families on equitable footing with white families in terms of generational wealth. What does a theology of covenant have to say about reparations and how might those of us who have systemic privilege and power practice reparations in our day to day lives?
