We all know that change is a constant in our lives, but that doesn’t make us happy to see it headed our way or even bitter when it sneaks up unexpectedly. How do we balance our desire for change in our larger world with our often-natural aversion to experiencing change in our lives? In this service we will discuss resiliency, presence, and acceptance of our constantly-changing circumstances and also some tools that may help us navigate the ever-churning waves in our lives.
