The theme for September is covenant. A covenant is comprised of promises we make. These promises might be to one another, to ourselves, or to something greater to which we feel we belong.

As Unitarian Universalist we covenant to affirm and promote justice, equity and compassion in human relations.

In honor of Labor Day we will look at the question of our collective responsibility to create communities where a fair chance to reap the necessary fruits of labor is available to all people.
